GABA to Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Quantum Orthomolecular Medicine recommends that each person exercise four to seven times per week about thirty minutes to relieve anxiety and stress. This can be further aided with a liquid amino acid supplement called GABA. It is able to balance dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters in the brain and body. It is a mild relaxant and sedative for many people. The liquid amino acid is put into a glass of water and sipped. Herbal tea after exercising or prior to bedtime can also help you to relax.
