Greek Yogurt for Intestinal Health

Greek yogurt has two or three times the protein content as normal yogurt. It can have 23 grams of protein per serving. It will provide a high calcium and high protein breakfast or snack food that is not high in calories. It has bacteria that are very good for your digestive tract unless you have lactose intolerance. Make sure to have yogurt several times per week after your antibiotic prescription is completed.
