A great colon cleanse is a teaspoon of epson salt in a large glass of warm water. Drink this very quickly and do not try this often. This should not be done more than twice a year. It can clear heavy mucus from the inner walls and villi of the colon. It should never be tried withour your doctor being notified. It should not be tried if you have a serious illness. You can chase it with a glass of lemon water or orange water.
