Theanine to Relax Your Anxiety and Stress

Quantum Orthomolecular Medicine recommends that each person exercise four to seven times per week about thirty minutes to relieve anxiety and stress. This can be further aided with a supplement called Theanine. It is able to balance neurotransmitters in the brain and body.
