Quantum Orthomolecular Medicine recommends the use of organic coffee to prevent Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease in people that do not have auto-immune diseases or caffeine sensitivity. The high antioxidant levels reduce free radicals in the brain and may help prevent the formation of plaque in the brain. Coffee does prevent the build up of plaque in the veins and reduces cholesterol levels. Organic coffee is anti-aging and may also help delay the onset of diabetes type two.
